When you are heading north out of Whitney on FM 933, you will turn on County Road 1240 beside the new High School.  Go about 1.3 miles and turn left on HCR 1248.  Go about 1 mile and the estate house will be on the right.  Signs will lead the way from FM 933.

There is limited parking on the property and parking on the road can be on one side only to allow cars to pass.
