We were working with the homeowner's power of attorney, but we are now waiting for the court to appoint him the homeowner's executor.  The home will be ready for the estate sale and we will announce the dates when all legal documents are ready.

The road is too narrow for parking on the street, so parking will be in the lot located between the house and the large metal warehouse.  Walking will be necessary for this location.

With parking in the field, this sale will require dry weather.
