 East Franklin Street runs east and west from the courthouse square in the downtown area all the way to I-35. The estate house at 1106 East Franklin is on the far end of the street, just a couple of long blocks from the hospital.

 Parking will be on the street around the home. 

 Entrance to the sale will be at the back of the home.
